- Installation: Field staff scan serial numbers for 4 panels and 1 inverter per home via barcode scanner, tying hardware to the customer record.
- Inventory and reporting: The EPC team and subcontractors track stock through the app, exporting records directly for government reporting under the PM SuryaGhar scheme.
- Access control: Each subcontractor views only their assigned location, while the EPC team has visibility across all three locations.
