Simplifying Leave Management for EPC Organization

A Chennai-based EPC organization with 200+ employees relied on Matrix Cosec (attendance management software) for biometric attendance but had no usable interface for leave management.

• Role-based access gives employees, department heads, and HR admins separate views with relevant data and clear approval actions.
• Leave application portal covers Privilege, Sick, Casual, OD, Comp-Off, and Permission types with built-in business logic and restrictions.
• Automated report engine generates monthly leave summaries on demand, including opening balances, type-specific consumption, and closing totals across 84+ departmental records.
