Once a contractor uploads a tender, the platform extracts the tender requirements, identifies the documents that must be submitted, matches them to the right templates, and generates the required letters using the contractor’s saved details.

• Reads the eligibility conditions and surfaces the mandatory letters and documents required for that specific tender.
• Automatically matches identified requirements against the library of 25 standard letter and form templates, giving the contractor the exact set needed for the tender.
• Pulls the contractor’s saved company and signatory details into the matched templates and produces ready-to-download documents.
• Validates the tender details and captures bid rates, amounts, bidding basis, and ranks for up to 25 contractors against the stored NIT.
• Links each bid to the correct schedule and item, then calculates item, schedule, gross, rebate, and net offer values.
• Generates an Excel workbook mapping every contractor’s bid against the original tender structure for side-by-side comparison.
