ADEOS Tender Intelligence

Railways publish a Notice Inviting Tender, contractors review the requirements, prepare submission documents, and bid. Once bidding closes, IREPS publishes the financial bid tabulation, allowing contractors to compare their rates against every other bidder. The contractor reads a multi-page tender notice to work out what must be submitted, re-enters the same company details across a stack of standard letters and documents, then, once bids open, compares its own rates against multiple competing contractors using the published bid tabulation. The same tender is read multiple times for different purposes on every bid.

• Each tender's 7 key sections had to be read and interpreted manually.
• Mandatory letters and supporting documents had to be identified by reading through the eligibility conditions of each tender. Requirements were written in prose and varied from tender to tender.
• Company details were re-entered and cross-checked across up to 25 letters and form templates for every tender.
• After tender opening, the contractor compared its own rates against multiple competing contractors, schedule by schedule and item by item.

• ADEOS extracts the uploaded tender PDF into structured information across its 7 key sections, making it available for review, reuse, document submission, and bid analysis.
• Mandatory letters and documents specified in the eligibility conditions are identified. The fields in each identified template are automatically mapped to the saved company profile, producing ready-to-download PDF letters.
• ADEOS compares the contractor's own bid PDF with the financial bid tabulation published by IREPS, mapping multiple contractors' rates against the same schedules and items.
• The mapped results are exported to Excel, allowing the contractor to easily review and compare every competing bid against its own bid rates.
